No deposit is needed to hold your reservation. Your spoken or written intention to show up is all that we require. If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible ~ there are no penalites.
Starting Jan. 1, 2012 we will no longer be accepting credit cards. We are tired of paying high fees to big banks that don't invest in our communities. ATMs are nearby for your convenience. Checks and cash are accepted and work-trades are sometimes negotiated in advance with locals.
Single Occupancy - $100
Double Occupancy - $110
An additional (third) person in your room costs $20. if children are small enough to sleep with you, there is no additional charge. We don't recommend adding a third person in the West room.
Check in time: 4:00 - 6:00
If you need to arrive earlier/later please let us know. To add flexibility to our lives we "greet" guests with welcome signs on the front porch and their room's door so that even if we're out on errands you can arrive at any time and feel assured that you're expected.
Check out is 11:00 am
Two day minimum from June - September on the weekends. However, if you must stay only one night, you may do so by paying a $35 surcharge. You can stay one night Monday through Thursday.
Tobacco smoking outside is permitted.
We have all these things for children: playpen, stroller, high chair, booster seat
and lots of toys and swings
Service animals are welcome, but no pets please.

Bamboo Bungalow
a cozy duplex in a NE neighborhood
about 2 miles away from Fertile Ground
It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably. It has all the amenities you love at Fertile Ground except you get to make your own breakfast. ;-)
