Here's the first peek at The Annex, a new lodging, adjacent to Fertile Ground on the west side. The address is 904 Franklin. This small house has a charming vintage feel.

Gail typically sleeps in one of the bedrooms and makes the other one available for overflow situations for our most familiar guests or friends-of-friends. With advanced notice, Gail can make both bedrooms available. 

Rates
1 bedroom - no breakfast $50 per night/($300 per week)
1 bedroom - breakfast at Fertile Ground $60 per night/($370 per week)

2 bedrooms - whole house to yourself - $125 per night/($750 per week)

This reservation is between you and Gail, not you and Fertile Ground. The Annex is not officially part of our business, it's just an extension we're willing to make to some special people, not the general public.
